All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our logistics partners in New York, United States.
Shipping Destinations: We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), or APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to regulations regarding high-alcohol-content fragrances.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Times: Once dispatched, standard ground shipping takes 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed to the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address:
- You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
- Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the order minus a flat $7.95 return-to-sender fee to cover the carrier costs of returning the package to our fulfilment partner’s US returns facility.
If you realise you entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@prettysmellslab.com so we can try to update it before the order is dispatched.
